Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at hello@ibiza-square.com with your order number and a note that you wish to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer. Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
